Who We Are?
4 His Glory Ministries is a 501(c)3 non-profit, faith-based community outreach organization founded in 2004. Since its inception, 4HGM has provided food, clothing, referrals, resources, and financial assistance to hundreds of homeless and underserved families and individuals throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino Counties, and Metro Detroit. They have enhanced the lives of youth through their annual youth empowerment event, hands-on television production training, and theatrical/performing arts programs.

Executive Director
Devine Matthews
Devine is an author, writer, director, producer, songwriter, television/radio host, screenwriter, playwright, evangelist, and the chapter director of the Detroit Hollywood Prayer Network. Devine Matthews was raised a devout Muslim, but through a series of events she accepted Jesus as her Messiah. The peace, joy, and freedom, this mother of three discovered, was worth the transition to becoming a Christian. Throughout her personal life and business career, she has always considered herself first and foremost "God’s Handmaid." Devine is dedicated to sharing her faith with others, so they too can find the happiness she now enjoys. Her devotion to helping others led to her being featured in articles in numerous magazines and newspapers as well as being invited as a guest speaker at several women conferences in the United States. She was the contributing writer for the book about family life titled “Happy Wife, Happy Life.” Devine wrote, directed, and produced a powerful and compelling short film titled "Reach 4 Your Dream,’’ that was selected for premiere screening review at the Kingdomwood Christian Film Festival in Atlanta, Georgia. She also successfully produced two popular television shows, Youth Unlimited Show and Gospel TV.
Devine’s other book projects include Help LORD! I’m in Trouble and Things You Don’t Know About Dating & Marriage That Could Hurt You. Her latest project is a book titled, Value of A Prophet, which will be released later this year. She is known for her humility, compassion, and persistent spirit in serving God. Many lives have been blessed and touched through her encouragement and generosity.

Mission:
To inspire healthier communities by connecting and networking with other organizations to prevent homelessness and cater to the underserved population across different counties. Through collaboration, we aim to provide the essentials for the homeless population while empowering them through referrals and access to clean and safe facilities. By catering to the underserved and low-income families, we hope to prevent homelessness and create communities where each one looks out for the interest of others. We understand that there are enough resources available to help the less fortunate, and we intend to work together to bring these resources within their reach.
Vision Statement:
To establish a hotline for families and individuals that find themselves on the streets with no options when local organizations are closed. The hotline will provide resources, referrals, and hotel vouchers to assist individuals in securing clean and safe facilities.
Goals:
To open a performing arts center where the unfortunate and underserved can be trained and empowered in a safe, loving, and godly environment.
To train youth in the arts, including praise dance, singing, acting, film making, song writing, and scriptwriting, among others.
